Venues are in charge of their customers' data

Each venue business using ZoneMatic decides what it collects about its customers and their children. ZoneMatic processes that information on the venue's behalf, under a data processing agreement, and keeps each business's data in its own separate database.

Children's information

Venues record children's names and dates of birth to run bookings and parties. Parental consent records are being added to the platform, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act and Australia's Privacy Act.
